Originally created for sports drivers and pilots, the story of Persol began in 1917 with creator Giuseppe Ratti.The name Persol, comes from “per il sole” meaning “for the sun”, which is what they are made to do, protect the wearer from the sun. We recently received Persol’s classic folding vintage frame(the original!) as well as the new version.
